For personal use only. Do not use it for commercial/profit-gaining, promotional or distributional purposes. (e.g. selling as art prints or other products, using the artwork as social media icons/headers or website backgrounds for businesses/organizations/event promotions, using the artwork as promotional material for an event/business project, using the artwork on streaming services including video thumbnails, etc.) I charge different rates for commissions used for non-personal purposes or any purpose mentioned above.

If the character commissioned is a Vtuber/PNGtuber/content creator I will charge commercial rates regardless of its use. In that case the commissioner may use the image for commercial, promotional or distributional purposes.

Do not re-sell the commission or allow a third party to use the commission however they please. If you plan to gift the commission to someone else the receiver also must follow my terms of service when using it.

Selling the artwork as an NFT is not allowed.

Do not edit the artwork without my explicit permission. Cropping the artwork for social media profiles/headers is allowed.

Reposting the commission online is allowed but please credit me or my social media(@starrymuya). It is recommended to post a watermarked version.

I retain copyright ownership and all reproduction rights to the artwork. Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.

I retain the rights to use the artwork in the future. (E.g. post a resized and watermarked version on my social media, use it as sample work, include it in my portfolio or possible artbooks)

No refunds available. Cancelling the commission is only allowed before payment, so please be sure.

I receive payments through Paypal only. Payments are due 24 hours upon receiving the invoice and must be sent in USD.

Paying for the invoice means you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

I do not cover any transaction fees, be sure to include them in your payment.

I will start once full payment has been processed.

Prices and terms listed are subjected to changes without further notice.

If you changed your mind and want to cancel the commission, please notify me before I send the invoice. Unresponsive commissioners will be automatically removed from commission slots after 24 hours and blacklisted.

Please provide detailed references of the character(s) and also other references or notes if requesting specific poses, gestures, expressions, background, composition, etc. I do not draw based on text-only descriptions or moodboards. Any design work will incur additional costs.

The commissioner will receive a full-resolution digital JPG or PNG file through email or Google Drive. No physical items will be delivered.

Please notify me in advance if the drawing will be used as a header or background for social media so I can adjust it to a suitable size/ratio.

I have the right to decline commissions I believe I cannot fulfill or successfully deliver what the commissioner has requested.

Commissions may take up to 2 months to complete depending on the complexity of the request. I do not accept rushed commissions.

Commissioners will be informed if progress is delayed.

Changes to the commission can only be requested during the sketch stage. Once the sketch has been approved by the commissioner, I will start the rendering. I do not accept any major changes during the rendering stage nor any revisions after the commissioner has received the file.

Work-in-progress images are available during the rendering stage if requested.
